Heartland machines driver blades for Paslode Commercial and Residential Nailers
Paslode is global manufacturer and distributor of commercial and residential nailers marketed under the name brands of Paslode, Spit and Ramset/Redhead. ITW Heartland began making driver blades for Paslode in 1989 using our high precision turning and milling machines. We made investments to automate our processes in 2007 to serve Paslode into the future. Currently we utilize four Fanuc robots for feeds to the milling machines, straightening and quality inspection processes of the driver blade work cells.
Quality has been at the forefront of our Paslode partnership for the past 20 years. Our quality is measured by on time delivery and superior product uniformity. Recently, ITW Heartland has received distinction with the following awards.

ITW Heartland provides CNC Machining for Exlar Linear Actuating systems.
Exlar Actuating systems deliver a range of capabilities, power and performance in both linear and rotary configurations. ITW Heartland has provided CNC machining for Exlar Linear Actuating systems for the past 15 years. We manufacture Exlar components to precision tolerances using ITW Heartlands Turning and Milling machines from a variety of materials. Some of the important tools used in machining of these components are Lathe’s with Y axis, Coordinate Measuring Machines, and Horizontal and Vertical mills.
