July 2009 – ITW Heartland recently received the “Exceptional Supplier” distinction from long-time business partner, Paslode. Heartland consistently delivered 100% on time and 100% quality in order to receive the distinction.

“We are extremely proud to receive the supplier distinction again this year,” said ITW Heartland Business Unit Manager Glenn Downing. “We are truly honored by the continued confidence shown by our business partners like Paslode.”

Heartland has been making driver blades for Paslode commercial and residential nailers since 1989. Paslode measures its suppliers using a supplier score card which rates performance in delivery and quality. ITW Heartland delivered 100% on time and 100% quality for one year, moving onto the Exceptional Supplier list, up from the Premier Supplier.
