Function
Measures part by manually loading the part on work holding and manually meshing the rolling master gear with the piece part. By activating start, switch piece part is automatically rolled against master gear and gear acquisition data is analyzed. Computerized results are displayed on monitor and operator is informed if part is good or bad. If bad, the gear data out of tolerance is noted.
