Assembly Services

We provide a gamut of plug-and-play subassemblies ranging in size, volume, complexity and assembly disciplines.

Following strict ISO documented procedures, we perform comprehensive testing to ensure our products are dock to stock. Our qualified engineering staff will use innovation to add value and cutting edge technology to your products. Our wire processing equipment allows us to be efficient and competitive in producing medium to high volume panel and harness assemblies andwith our UL certifications in 508A and 817 standards, we use UL approved components, assembly practices and testing protocol to ensure the products meet UL requirements for your application.

We offer proven engineering services utilizing Solidworks, AutoCAD and Inventor. Our engineering staff will provide you with solutions to your unsolvable problems and work with you to develop products that meet your specifications. We maintain strategic partnerships with vendors for the best resources in component, material and process selection and offer expertise in the areas of service and technical support. We have a full service spare parts department to help you maintain appropriate min/max level and to provide customer service support and ship products worldwide to your end user. With our proven cycle counting inventory control system, we provide accurate, real time information on stock levels and status of open orders.

Hi-Cone: Beverage Packaging Equipment

ITW Hi-Cone is a world leader in providing multipack solutions to the food and beverage industry. In 1983 Hi-cone contracted ITW Heartland to manufacture their complex machines for multi-packaging applications, and over time ITW Heartland has become the sole-source equipment manufacturer for Hi-Cone worldwide.

ER Systems

ER Systems manufactures adhesive for commercial roofing applications using a cart system. ITW Heartland redesigned the Pace Cart 2B, eliminating multiple issues that were costing time and service problems for ER Systems. Redesign of the carts involved numerous enhancements to the motor, clutch, electrical package and overall size. ITW Heartland is currently building the Pace Cart 2B for ER Systems’ production needs and partnering with them on additional equipment and accessories to further improve ER Systems’ offering.
