September 2013 – ITW Heartland Engineering Manager, Shawn Green, was honored this past September during the United Way of Douglas and Pope County’s 2013-14 Campaign Kick Off Breakfast and Awards event. As the outgoing Board President of UWDP for 2012-13, Shawn was thanked by Executive Director Jessica Boyer for his “overwhelming energy and true display of leadership,” as well as his guidance in “helping UW relocate to a new space and in helping the Board of Directors uncover Organizational Values, both of which will move United Way to the next level.”“ITW Heartland is privileged to employ community servants like Shawn,” said Heartland Controller and Operations Manager, Randy Meyer. “ITW and ITW Heartland have a long tradition of supporting this program through annual employee drives. Shawn’s involvement and leadership is another demonstration of Heartland’s commitment to this community and this region.”
